India’s biggest football talent search Football Trials’ 19 in association with AD Alcorcon – Spain Organized by Football plus and supported by Dumbell
10 aspiring football players will be sponsored to train and play in Spain for one month
Chennai, January 16th, 2019: Football Trials’ 19, Second Indian Edition, India’s Biggest Football Talent search started on January 10th, 2019 is happening in Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Telangana, and Maharashtra will end by January 20th, 2019. During this Trials, participants will be assessed by Mr. Jose Gonzalez, Director of the International Academy of AD Alcorcon along with Mrs. Nuria Palomo Leon, Coach – International Academy of AD Alcorcon, Spain in association with Football Plus Professional Soccer Academy and Dumbell. This year in each state two players will be selected and they will get an opportunity to Play & Train in Spain for one month freely at AD Alcorcon. 10 aspiring football sporting talent from India will be selected between the age group of 8 to 14 and 15 to 20 for Boys and girls. AD Alcorcon is a Spanish football team based in Alcorcon, in the autonomous community ofMadrid. Founded in 1971, it currently plays in the second division of LaLiga, holding home matches at the Municipal de Santo Domingo. Participants can register online at http://www.bit.ly/fptrials.
This initiative is the brainchild of Mr. David Anand, Founder of Football Plus Professional Soccer Academy, who sensed the opportunity and potential of football sporting talent in India. Due to lack of opportunities and infrastructure in this sports in India and his passion for football triggered him to start a football academy called Football Plus PSA. The academy’s aim is not only to teach world-class football but the ‘Plus’ means to give a holistic rearing of the child through the sport of football.
To achieve the vision of creating world-class players, he associated with Ad Alcorcon of Spain, and Spain is the mecca of football. Now, there are multiple opportunities to the football-passioned players of India in learning football from internationally renowned coaches and also to earn opportunities in playing for the prestigious club itself, which is an achievement of a lifetime in itself.
Speaking during the occasion Mr. David Anand, Founder of Football Plus Professional Soccer Academy said “India has vast potential in football talent but with limited opportunities to get exposure in the international academies. Majority of aspiring players face hurdles and we want to nurture the young talent through this football trials’19 the second edition happening in Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Telangana, and Maharashtra. We want to provide international exposure through this talent hunt, so that in future India will have star-studded football players in the international arena representing our country. Out of the participants 10 players will be selected based on the assessment of international coach Mr. Jose Gonzalez and sponsored to play and train in Spain in AD Alcorcon Academy for one month.
