Velammal Vidyalaya, Annexure, Mel Ayanambakkam celebrated the 1st Annual day celebrations on 16th February 2019 in its school premises.
The guest of honour Dr. Kannegi Packianathan, IAS motivated the students and insisted them for an holistic development.
Dr. Xavier Alphonse S.J, Founder Director, Indian Centre for Research and Development of Community Education ( ICRDCE) Former Principal, Loyola College, Chennai advised the students to focus on education and extra – curricular activities. The prize winners were honoured by the chief guests.
The wide varied range of culturals impressed everyone and it was a great feast to the eyes.
