Dhoni Kabadi Kuzhu Enlightened me about the History of Kabadi as a part of our Ancient Warfare Actor Abhilash

Everything involving the Tamil culture and tradition has always involved a predominant history. Just as our ethnicity of ‘Jallikattu’ owns a lot of values and meaning, so happens to be the game of ‘Kabadi’.  “While working in this film “Dhoni Kabadi Kuzhu”, I just didn’t learn the art of this game, but it enlightened me about the history and beauty of Kabadi game, which is a part of our ancient warfare. More than being an actor, I am happy that I had got to know so much of our culture,” says actor Abhilash who admits that he had go through lots of training for this film. 
 
He continues to add saying, “Initially, I was so much surprised to hear director Ayyappan sir revealing me the title. I was wondering like what’s the link between ‘Dhoni’ a Cricket icon and ‘Kabaddi’ game.  But as he continued to narrate me the script, I was really amazed with the concept and felt happy to be a part of this movie. It’s not just me, but everyone in the team has exerted an impeccable hard work.” 
 
Actress Leema, who has been a child artiste in movies like Rettai Suzhi and played Arya’s younger sister in Madarasapattinam is playing the female lead role in this movie. 
 
Venkatesh is handling cinematography for this film with Roshan Joseph C.J. composing music with C.M. Mahendran offering Background Score. U Karthikeyan is handling editing. 
 
The film is produced by S Nandhakumar, which is hitting screens on December 6.
